MAHESH PRASAD: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mahesh is the founder of the company and has more than a decade of experience in the financial services. He began his career as an Equity Research Analyst and has worked with many leading stock broking houses. After having gained reasonable industry perspective Mahesh got interested in Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to founding Genesis, Mahesh was a part of Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance division. Mahesh has been involved various transaction closures. Mahesh holds an MBA from Karnataka University.

Dr. ROY DRUCKER:
Dr. Roy Drucker joined the European R&D arm of Sterling Drug Inc as a medical advisor and was promoted to be responsible for clinical pathology, drug metabolism and bioanalysis in Europe. In 1986 he moved to the Upjohn Company, subsequently Pharmacia & Upjohn, Inc., where he held a range of international responsibilities. His positions there included Director of Marketing with responsibility for worldwide marketing of cardiovascular products; Executive Director, European Community Affairs and Business Systems; and Vice-President, Drug Development with global responsibility, in multiple therapeutic areas, for clinical drug development and medical support for marketed products.

A graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, Member of the Securities Institute and an SFA registered Securities Representative, Roy has been based in Belgium, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He has conducted business in Japan, North America and Europe.

ALLEN HAKIMI: DIRECTOR
Allen is the Managing Director of Technomark Group USA. He has a diverse background, having spent his entire career in various arenas of drug and business development. In his years of business experience, Allen has also developed an understanding of project-management, preclinical development, and clinical trial coordination that have allowed him to identify and execute a broad range of successful business development and licensing relationships. Prior to joining Technomark, Allen was the Founder and Managing Director of HCI, a small private USA business development consulting and preclinical development firm. Having a global scope, HCI's clients ranged across several continents from North America and Europe, to the Middle East, Russia, and Asia, and into Australia. Prior to founding HCI, Allen served as the Director of Business Development for a small start-up biotechnology company, which was spun-out from a prominent U.S. university; he was responsible for all business development and corporate operations tasks, and to successfully attract outside investments and partnerships.

Allen's other prior appointments have been in industry, with a more advanced biotechnology/drug delivery company in project management and business development, and at prestigious American academic institutions/ research organizations in clinical trial coordination and monitoring, data management, and regulatory affairs. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and studied Microbiology.

MALAISAMY A.M. RAJA: VICE PRESIDENT
Raja has done his Masters program in biological sciences from Madurai Kamaraj University and MBA in finance from Mumbai University. In 1993 he started his research carrier as a Research Fellow in the Department of Biotechnology, Bharathidasan University, Trichy and progressed as a Research Scientist in 1995 at the Plant Genetic Engineering Lab, Indo-American Hybrid Seeds, Bangalore, where he was a senior member in the working group on genetically modified organisms. During his 5 years of research tenure he has gained ample experience in the arena of molecular biology research extensively in microbial and plant systems for genetic engineering at high calibers as well managing the day today activities of a CSIR accredited Genetic Engineering Laboratory for IAHS, Bangalore. Before joining Genesis in the year 2002, he was in Bahrain since 1998 advising the Prime Minister’s private office of Bahrain through Riffa Investment Company and also M/s Salahuddin a sister concern of (MSCEB) Mohamed Salahuddin Consultancy Engineering Bureau on their agri-biotechnology initiatives and ongoing projects.

After joining Genesis, he is actively involved in tracking biotech and pharma companies, sharing responsibilities in management, mergers & acquisitions in the pharma, biotech & CRO domain, financial consultancy of these sectors. Conducting surveys, extensive studies on the Indian CROs, preparing questionnaires and maintaining Indian CRO database etc., as part of CRO management consulting service activities for Genesis.

UDAY A ZOPE: VICE PRESIDENT
Uday works in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare team at Genesis. He works closely with the senior management of some of the large pharmaceutical companies in India. He is extensively involved in sourcing and implementing mergers & acquisition, strategic alliance and joint venture opportunities in India & abroad. He also provides research support and financial analysis for valuation purposes.

Prior to joining Genesis, Uday was working as a Senior Consultant with Cornerstone Consulting Group. Prior to that, he had worked as Equity Research Analyst with Leading Brokerage house like Dolat Capital Pvt Ltd, Mumbai. He has a diverse background, having spent his entire career in various arenas in the Pharmaceutical Industry right from manufacturing, business development to Equity Research. He has worked with Indian Pharma majors like Nicholas Piramal India Ltd., Mumbai and Dr. Morepen Labs Ltd.

Uday is a B.Pharm & holds an MMS from Mumbai University.

Dr. GANGADHAR: ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT
A medical Physician by qualification, Dr A.Gangadhar obtained his medical degree from NTR University of Health Sciences, (King George Hospital). He has been associated with the Clinical research Industry from the early days of his career.

He has worked as an investigator for several Bioequivalence studies during his tenure at Actimus Biosciences Pvt Limited. After this he held the position of Manager Clinical Research at Clintac International Pvt Ltd, where he handled both technical and managerial processes. At Genesis, he works in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare team, dealing actively with M&A activities invloving CRO and Pharmaceutical Industry and other business proposals in the Medical domain.

KRISHNANATH MUNDE: MANAGER
Krishnanath works in the Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare team at Genesis. He is extensively involved in sourcing and implementing mergers & acquisition, strategic alliance and joint venture opportunities in India. He also provides research support and financial analyses for valuation.

Prior to joining Genesis, Krishnanath has worked as Senior Distribution Executive with Hasmukh Distribution House, Mumbai. Krishnanath is a B.Pharm and holds an MBA (Finance) from Mumbai University.
